Chris Laighton is a long time resident of Boxborough, MA.  Chris attended Acton-Boxborough High School where he won a Massachusetts State Scoring Championship in his senior year.  He was inducted into the Acton-Boxborough Hall of Fame in 2013.  Chris went on to play college hockey at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth where he was the team captain senior year while leading the team in scoring and being voted team MVP.  Chris also remains in the top 10 in school history for assists in a season.  Chris received his bachelors degree from UMass-Dartmouth in electrical engineering and his masters degree from UMass-Amherst in electrical engineering.  He works at Raytheon in Andover, Ma.  Chris has coached youth hockey since 2010 at various age levels.
